I've been running in the morning to avoid the insane afternoon heat. Despite it still being dark outside, the air is warm and the birds are chirping and I just think that this season makes life worth living.
Runmeter tells me you've started your run at 4:58 for the past couple of mornings. I'm not sure I consider that morning... more like the middle of the night. But good for you - I'm impressed for sure!!

Spring, every year, seems like such a gift. This year, even though it was a milder winter, it is still so awesome to feel a fresh breeze, hear the birds, and see the trees and plants come to life with color....just like those faces of yours :)
