You Capture: Expressions

I loved this week's You Capture theme! I tried my hardest to capture so many of Luke's expressions, but I only got a tiny little bit of the faces he makes. I love them all.
Having a very serious conversation with the cat

Bubble time!

Happy boy in the swing (even though mommy almost dropped him lifting him in there.... shh)

Concentrating!

They let me have ice cream!

At the top of the big slide with Daddy

Swing time!

Snuggling with Papa after a busy day

Playing in the field

And one of mama's favorite expressions... that sweet, sleepy, not a care in the world face

I am sorry for how picture heavy this is! I just had such a hard time narrowing it down. I do know that if I won the printer Beth is giving away, I'd turn all of these photos into a gorgeous collage of my favorite face EVER.

  2. Great job. I agree though, it is so hard to capture their magic in pictures. But these are very expressive :)

  5. Gosh, he's so beautiful! I love how he is totally you and Shane, this hybrid mix. Yes, yes he is.
ANYWAY, yes, Adrian is TOTALLY my clone and I love it. He has some features of J's side, but mostly? All me. And he's huge. Totally cruising along the furniture and giving me a heart attack.

  6. I love the conversation with the cat. But there is nothing like the peaceful look of sleeping innocence.

  7. I love the one with his eyes squinting. What a cutie. I have not been able to get in the right frame of mind to accomplish You Capture the last few weeks. Hopefully next week.

I will, however, be at your rival middle school on Monday (wink, wink). You have time for a quick coffee around say 12:30ish?

  17. HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY! The joy that motherhood brings to you is reflected in each word you write, each photo you snap, each smile you smile and each breath you take. I wish you a joyful and blessed day with your beautiful Luke and your dancing baby bump!
    With much love, Sharon

  18. OMG-- Luke looks like such a LITTLE BOY and not a BABY!! Seriously, he still looked like a baby 5 min. ago!! What happened??? Is he, like, dating and going to college now, too???
