Giveaway closed. Congratulations to Kristen, comment #4!
I know it's only November 2, but I also know that many of you are like me and you're probably already planning for those holiday cards, right? And if you're like me, you're also planning on ways to BUDGET this Christmas but how can you possibly budget out cute holiday cards? I know I can't. I get a kick out of mailing them and then of seeing them displayed on people's fridges, walls, and mantels.
So, of course, when I jumped at the chance to giveaway a $50 gift card to Photo Card Creations (oh, this is one of those giveaways I wish I could win myself!). I'm kind of swooning over their unique selections, especially the die cut shaped cards. The scalloped edges made my eyes happy at first, and then I read on that you can order them with a punched hole and silver string so that (this is seriously so fun) they can be used as ornaments. I am, unfortunately, not a very creative person, so making ornaments for people is out of the question, but I know that we have so many relatives who would love a photo ornament of the boys. I'm also a huge fan of the folded Christmas cards that leave room for more than one photo (you might remember that they made Tommy's thank you cards) and they have a great range of Hanukkah cards, as well.
They also have Happy New Year's cards, which is an idea that I love. Last year, we sent out happy new year's cards post-holidays and it's something I plan to do again. After the holiday rush of cards and presents in your mailbox every day, the mail feels a little lonely when January rolls around, so what perfect way to brighten up someone's day than a simple wish for a happy 2011? I like these, too, because they're non-denominational.
Take a few minutes, check out their website, and let me know what your favorite card is. Personally, I'm loving the simplicity of this card and I'm thinking it might just be perfect for our family this season. Comments will remain open until Friday, November 5th, when I'll choose a winner for the $50 gift card via random.org. Good luck!

Wow, so many awesome cards. I love the ornate and scalloped ones....probably the Winter Classic color is my favorite!
I love the cards you've been sending from them!! And, my favorite is this one: http://www.photocardcreations.com/cards/new-years-cards/Peace-Love-Joy/366.html
I love the "holiday ribbons ornate" card! What a great idea!!!!
Although I would love personalized Christmas cards, our little guy is due to be born 1/1/11, so I think I would get birth announcements. The Blue Footprints design is my favorite, I like cards where you can include the birth information on them.
AH!! the ornament ones are so painfully cute! MUST HAVE! Thanks for the giveaway!
I love the Winter Wonderland Ornate. Honestly, they're all beautiful! Thanks for the giveaway.
I've definitely been wanting to do something like this for Olivia's first Christmas but our budget is ridiculously tight this year. This would be so perfectly awesomely amazing...
I love this one: http://www.photocardcreations.com/cards/christmas-cards/Stripes/339.html
Cute cards! The Celebrate card is lovely.
I am lovin' the tree trimmings and wrap it up. I just got family our family pictures back and I'm hoping to get Christmas cards. :)
I love the ornament cards...such a great yet simple idea! :) My favorite is a folded Christmas card, though...Shiny! I've always liked Rudolph and I like the red color blocks and the layout of this card. Thanks for a great give-away! :)
We aren't getting our pictures taken until Thanksgiving week, so I don't know exactly what I would choose, but the two that stood out to me are Red snowflakes or one of the collage ones.
Oh I love, love, love Christmas cards. Especially photo cards. We weren't going to do them this year because $ is tight (isn't it always?)and I happened to buy dirt cheap cards last Christmas. BUT ANYWAY...
I love the round one - the flat circle ornament card. Gorgeous.
Tough decisions!! I can't pick just one...I just can't. :P I like Thoughtful Wishes, Joyful Wishes, and Red-Stripe Vertical. I didn't look at the other categories because I was already having a hard time choosing! ;) Man...there's a lot of great cards on there!
I like the square triple card.
I love the idea of the ornament cards! I also like the squares. If I don't win, I might have to papercraft my own version! :-)
What a fun giveaway! I love your idea of New Years cards! I know how sad I get when all the fun mail dies down. So many fun designs to choose from- for New Years either Celebrate of Joyful Wishes. For Christmas, Wrap It Up or Jolly Christmas. This is our first year doing holiday cards- I'm so excited about it! Thanks!
I love the Square Quad jigsaw card!
I love the square quad jigsaw card, but I'm also loving the Joy to the World circle card!
It's hard to choose, but I think I'd go with the "Peace, Love, Joy" card.
I love them all, but the "wrap it up" is a favorite! The choice would be so hard!
I need cards.
I really like the red snowflake card...ubercute!
I love the ornament one's those are so cute!!

I love the idea of the ornament cards! It gives people a nice place to put Christmas cards, other than the fridge!
What fun cards!! And really, everyone should do ornament cards - how fabulous would those be on a tree! Oh wait, then I would need an ornament tree and since we already put up two fake trees a year that could be an issue. :) (allergies, can't have real ones at our house - we put one in our family room and one in our front window and it looks SO pretty from outside that it's worth the work!)
I love their "Making Spirits Bright Smooth" card, looks JUST like an ornament!
My Favorite card is
Joy to the World Scalloped
Flat Circle Ornament Card .
Great idea!
