Burgers for Breakfast

I am a major stress eater. I wish I was one of those people who stress cleaned, but alas, I prefer to sit on the couch and stress eat. It should come as no surprise, then, that yesterday morning after a sleepless night following Tommy's last seizure, I ate this for breakfast.

Yeah. I ate that for breakfast. Lettuce, extra pickles, extra cheese, mustard, ketchup, and greasy fries. As far as breakfasts go? It was pretty AMAZING.

(Oh, and this morning, I ate two chocolate donuts. I am a disaster.)

I tend to not be able to eat when I'm stressed...I don't know why because normally I love food. I'm more of an "eat when I'm bored" type of person.

I am a stress eater, too. It is so hard to control my eating habits when I am stressed and during this time of year.

I say you eat it! And tomorrow too if you want! I would bring you chocolate and cupcakes and lots of fabulousness if I knew you in real life and you weren't like 7 hours away from me. Sending VIRTUAL cupcakes to you - eat them all!

oh man, food and stress for me, it's like a disaster waiting to happen. i always wish that i was one of those people who couldn't eat when i am stressed, because i could seriously put the hurting on the kitchen.

I would also eat it for breakfast because my son has seizures too. It's about the most stressful thing ever, so no judging from me on the donuts either. :)

I'm a stress baker. Which is sometimes ok, because by the time I've made a few dozen cookies and cupcakes I'm over my stress. But if I'm still stressed I then become a stress eater and eat all the cookies...
