The Morning Sun Is Shining

[like a red rubber ball]
010
I got this stuck in the tree yesterday. Luke was not happy with me, but he said, "it'll be all right."

This weekend is busy for us (what about you?). We're walking in a 4th of July parade with a politician we support (and though I hardly get political, if you live in my district... I hope you'll support her too--regardless of party affiliation, she stands with teachers and public schools).
Then in the afternoon/evening, we have a memorial service for Shane's {dear} aunt who succumbed to breast cancer too soon. Please get your yearly checkups. They can and do save lives.

Sorry about telling you who to vote for and how to take care of your health, but when I support something, I can't help but have my heart in it, you know? It's been a long few weeks for us, in our hearts and sorrows, but...

{I think it's gonna be all right.
Yeah, the worst is over now,
The morning sun is shining like a Red Rubber Ball.}

I'm sorry about Shane's aunt. We lost my grama to breast cancer 5 years ago. I'm very passionate about cancer research and care as well.

By the way, that is a really cool picture.

To me - I don't see the point in supporting something unless you do it passionately and with your whole heart. And when it's health related? For sure that way.

Someone who stands with public schools and teachers? A rarity today. If I lived by you I would support too!

I hope the memorial is beautiful and healing. So sorry for your loss.

My weekend? Very chill now - my husband is having an asthma attack (speaking of health issues) that is not wanting to stop completely. We've spent more than 9 hours in the ER in two days and an hour at the doctor's office. So the plan is to park it on the couch, medicate the crap out of him, and hope it stops. Not as much fun as what we had planned but definitely necessary.

That photo is pretty awesome.

And I like people that are bossy, especially when it comes to believing in something.

Sending love to you and that SOB tomorrow.

Seriously, I'm so sorry about Shane's aunt.

Oh now that song is going to be stuck in my head all night long...not a bad way to go really.
We should totally support politicians who support teachers, what do people really think is going to happen when you've cut everything from a school budget? Lights on but who's teaching? -End Rant- Great photo, glad to have found your blog.
