Get Chartreuse {A Green Giveaway}

Like many of you, I try to use the best, eco-friendly cleaning options for my house and my children. Let's be honest, though, sometimes that's easier said than done. Often times, products that boast eco-friendliness don't do the best job or they're absurdly expensive. This is why I was thrilled when my friend Sarah introduced me to a line of products sold by her friend Sarah (related: I know eleven zillion people named Sarah).

Prior to a few weeks ago, I'd never heard of Chartreuse Products, but now I'm officially hooked! Chartreuse was started by a mom who was looking for green products that were not only attractive, but actually worked. What's really great about Chartreuse is that they list the product ingredients right on the package, unlike many supposed eco-friendly companies. If you look up Chartreuse on Skin Deep, their products range between 0-3 on the scale, which is much lower than a lot of other eco-friendly companies. I love that their baby body wash is ranked as a 0, especially after I found out that the baby body wash that I usually use, which I thought was safe is ranked as a 4.

Sarah told me that her favorite product is the All-Purpose cleaner, because it's so versatile. You can use it on any water safe surface, like porcelain, stainless steel, leather, fabric, etc. You can use it as carpet cleaner, toy cleaner, just about anything. The fact that you can use it as a carpet cleaner basically makes it MY favorite product ever. It's also scented with essential oils, so it smells fabulous. I can vouch for this, because I sniffed the peppermint scented and promptly bought it because it smelled SO good.

Sarah has very sweetly offered a $25 gift certificate to one of my readers! All you have to do is check out her website, and let me know what product you find the most interesting. Or if you use Chartreuse products, let me know which one thing you can't live without. I really encourage you to look around and check out the wide product range they offer.

Giveaway ends one week from today.

This is my first time leaving you a comment! I figured that I should start showing some love instead of just being a lurker. :)
I would love to try out the organic bath care for kids! I really want to be careful with what I put on Evan's skin and what better way to start doing that than this giveaway!

I bet if I had some of their bathroom cleaner, I would be able to [pretend to] love cleaning the bathrooms. :)

I MUST HAVE the produce bags! I don't use the plastic ones in the store which is fine if I use the self-checkout, I just put my produce on the scale and weigh it, no biggie. But if I go through the regular line the checkers have a CONNIPTION that I don't use the bags and they have to handle the individual pieces. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Hooray!

You have no idea how happy this makes me, truly, it's pathetic.

I would pick that Eco Cup... of all the times I have gone to coffee places, this would have been perfect to use, and use and use!!!

What a great giveaway! I am always on the lookout for the the best green products, and would love to try these! I would choose the All-purpose cleaner, because I would use it all the time!

I would totally get the peppermint all purpose cleaner. I'm a sucker for mint. :) I would get the large super concentrated bottle. I hate having to buy cleaner so often. And making my own, with vinegar, makes my house smell like a salad. :)

Wonderful products! I would totally get the produce bags and some body wash for Milo. I just learned that the one I am using is dangerous for his skin. EEEP!

The peppermint all purpose cleaner sounds wonderful, but I'm also wondering how the reusable dryer sheets work.

You know, as the allergy queen I have become, how much I love natural products! I'm excited by the line of cleaning products-- I hate the harsh chemicals I often have to use around the house and at work. I also love the stainless steel lunch kit. :-)

I love the paperless towels. I use a lot of paper towels because I feel like they clean better than cloth, so I'd love it if I could find a greener replacement!

I would love to try the natural bug spray. We live in Florida and have nasty mosquitoes, but I hate spraying the kids (and myself) with all of those nasty chemicals!
I might have to give it a try!

I'm interested in the soap nuts and the airfreshener. It is SO stinkin' hard to find air fresheners and candles without all of the nasty toxic gunk. So I'd be super psyched to try it.

Oh I would love those soap nuts and the bamboo utensils.

I'm so interested in the eco-cups. What a great idea. I use styrofoam everyday and these seem like the perfect substitute. Secondly, I'm with you on the merits of the ALL purpose cleaner.

I think that I would go with the All Purpose Cleaner. One cleaner that cleans everything INCLUDING the carpet? Sold.
