Life Began When I Saw Your Face

As you wander through this troubled world
In search of all things beautiful
You can close your eyes when you're miles away

And hear my voice like a serenade
106
I slip in bed when you're asleep
To hold you close and feel your breath on me
Tomorrow there'll be so much to do
So tonight I'll drift in a dream with you
114
They didn't have you where I come from
Never knew the best was yet to come

Beautiful! When my daughter was born I would sit in her room feeding her at night and play that song over and over... and I would usually just cry and cry (tears of joy, of course!)

Nursing is amazing. I have so few photos of Zane and I when he was nursing. I regret that, but glad I have my mind to fall into.

I love these photos Erin. That special time of nursing is something I cherish. And that song? One of my favorites.

What a beautiful entry, photos and all!

One big regret that I have, I never had any pictures of me nursing my daughter. I love how tasteful those are, and my husband was scared to take any so I have none. (I really dread the day my daughter stops nursing, which I fear is soon as she's 16 months old...)
