Almost exactly one year ago, Beth did our family photos. We looked like this:
A year later, we look like this. I've lost ten pounds and some hair, but I have gained SO SO MUCH.

The sling I'm wearing is a Sakura Bloom that I borrowed from Steph, and I love it so much that when I give it back to her I might actually do that thing when you hand something to someone but then you refuse to let go.
Luke was being a punk and refusing to get anywhere near the camera, but the joke is on him because that photo turned out so lovely.

Okay, so I took a nap and woke up all weepy and lovey and then I came here and GAH!
First of all, I have improved. (thankfully!) :)
Secondly, you guys have improved, too. One more gorgeous baby to love on, one more precious head to kiss. I just ADORE you guys and feel so happy that I was able to capture all of you and the love you guys have for each other.

Ah yes. Family photos with a baby and a 2 year old. We just did ours this past weekend. My 2 yo was just as uncooperative, but we actually got a few decent ones.
My two boys are 21 mos apart - I think yours are around the same?

LOVE these photos! The first one is lovely and all, but I hope that Beth will take it as a compliment when I say that she has really grown as a photographer in the past year! This year's photos are sooooo good! And post-production is fabulous, too. Great great great! :)

Gorgeous pictures and I love how you have the comparision from last year. My favorite is the one where you are in the front with the boys behind you. I wish I lived in Chicago cause I'd love to have Beth take my pix!!
