YoBaby! [Giveaway]

If you know me, you know that I'm a lover of all things sweet. What you might not know is that I also love yogurt--and not just the frozen kind! At all times, our fridge is stocked with yogurt. Not only do I love the health benefits of yogurt, but I just love the taste. Admittedly, I'm a bit of a yogurt snob. I want it to be sweet, but I don't want it to be sweetened with high fructose corn syrup or anything else that is going to take away from the health aspects of yogurt.

When it comes to my child, I'm even more of a yogurt snob, because I want him to have the very best. I'm lucky that my two year old shares my love for yogurt. When he was seven months old, we started feeding him YoBaby yogurt by Stonyfield Farm. Not only is YoBaby completely safe for babies, it's also organic and 100% natural, meaning your baby gets nothing but the best. Not only is it full of the important live active cultures, but it also helps develop and support brain development, the immune system, and growth. Oh, and did I mention that it's delicious? On the rare times when my son wouldn't finish his container, I'd finish it for him (what? you know you do it, too!). The original YoBaby comes in six flavors: apple, banana, blueberry, peach, pear, and vanilla.
Now that my son is a little older, we enjoy the YoKids yogurt. I love that it still tastes delicious, but has 25% less sugar than other yogurt brands. What I really love is the squeezable YoKids yogurt. My son's baby sitter got us started on this item when she showed us how you can just pop them in the freezer for a great frozen treat. Much healthier than a popsicle, just as yummy, AND we found that these worked great to soothe teething pain.

Stonyfield Farms also has many other delicious items, including some seriously amazing sounding ice cream and frozen yogurt. I haven't yet tried either of these, but you can bet I'll be grabbing a pint of After Dark Chocolate next time I'm at the grocery store!

The wonderful people at Stonyfield Farm also have a gift pack for me to give away to one reader. I wish I could win this one myself!

One lucky reader will win the prizes featured above. This includes a YoBaby bowl with lid for eating on the go, an organic YoBaby bib, and five coupons to try a few YoBaby products entirely free!
To enter, all I need you to do is take a quick peek at the Stonyfield Farm website and tell me which flavor of yogurt or ice cream appeals the most to you.
For an extra entry, tweet about this giveaway, leaving the link in a separate comment.

Giveaway will run from now until July 10th, when a winner will be chosen via random.org. Good luck!

Joey's favorite is the vanilla YoBaby yogurt. I am most tempted by the Minty Chocolate Chip lowfat icecream!

Neat giveaway =)

Oh, I LOVE yobaby. I started Audrey on it about a month ago (7 months old) and she LOVES it. YES! So I am super excited about this giveaway, I don't think she has tried the Pear flavor yet, so that would be fun to have. Nice giveaway!

The only yogurt I will eat is Stonyfield Farm. I love the French Vanilla and Key Lime. In fact, I am going to eat one now. BUT for my grandchildren... there is NOTHING like YoBaby. They love it. My kids love it for their kids. And I love its healthiness and deliciousness.

I truly do not need the giveaway... I hope someone wins who will LOVE trying YoBaby.

Last summer, Barry and I went to a concert in Boston at a small venue... the Charles Hotel in Cambridge... and we sat at the same small table with a young couple who just happened to like the same music as us. (The Angel Band with David Bromberg was playing that night.) We got talking, and we told them that we had seen David Bromberg in Northampton, MA at the Iron Horse earlier in the summer. The young man told us that he went to Hampshire College, one of the 5 schools in the Five-College Consortium in Western Massachusetts. Hampshire College is where Gary Hirshberg, the CE-Yo of Stonyfield Farm, went to college... and this young man told us that Gary is a legend at Hamphire College. I believe it!! I also LOVE the story of Stonyfield Farm's Samuel Kaymen. It is so refreshing to know that people love their product, and it comes from love of something. Stonyfield is very, very special... it has a special story... and it is absolutely DELICIOUS!

I'm a yogurt snob too. I rarely find yogurt that I actually like! But I love the blueberry yogurt. Yum yum.

My fridge is always stocked with Stoneyfield Farms lowfat vanilla yogurt. The big tubs. We cut up our own fruit and add granola for breakfast and snacks! YUM! BJ was a Yo-baby. His fave were the drinkable yogurts, but I can't find them in my area now. :(

I think I'd love to try the low-fat ice cream. Minty Chocolate Chip sounds divive!!

Thanks for the giveaway!

I have a big tub of their plain, lowfat yogurt in my fridge at all times. I, too (like Megan), am a yogurt snob (living in Europe for 3.5 years will do that to you). But I love their plain yogurt and also their Greek-style yogurt!
